Restrictions:

International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

TRAVEL NOTES

  • Men and Couples are welcome to attend this event.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. A passport is required and must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. For this sailing, your passport should not expire on or before January 22, 2027.

  • When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Seattle, Washington, on June 24, 2027, at 5:00 PM local time. You are required to be at the dock no later than 2:30 PM. It is strongly suggested to arrive in Seattle one day before the cruise departs to avoid any travel delays.
    The cruise concludes in Seattle, Washington, on July 1, 2027, at 7:00 AM local time. Please allow up to an hour for the gangway to open for disembarkation. When booking return flights, schedule your departure for no earlier than late morning to allow sufficient time for disembarkation and travel to the airport.

  • Airport Transfers will be provided with the Full Package bookings only. Full Package consists of Cruise, Flights and Hotel Accommodations.  Airport transfers are only available for our trip dates (June 23 - July 1, 2027).  If you are traveling anytime outside of our trip dates, you must secure your own transportation to and from the airport. If you purchase the Land Package you are responsible for your own transportation but transfers can be added at an additional cost only during our group travel dates (June 23-July 1, 2027).

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. 

  • We recommend starting to look for flights approximately 9 months before the event. Many travel sites allow you to set alerts to notify you when prices drop.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent electronically.
    It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travel-Rite Tours and Travel Agency of any email address changes.

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  • All of your payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.

  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

  • You are responsible to keep Travel-Rite tours and Travel Agency informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
