Automatic Billing Plan:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance is highly recommended. We can add travel insurance to your booking at an additional cost.
Cancellation policy:
Without the purchase of travel insurance, you are NOT subject to a full refund. Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!
If you cancel on or before 6/01/2026, you will receive a full refund minus your $75 deposit. If you cancel after 6/1/2026, you will not receive a refund unless you have travel insurance. The cost of travel insurance is non-refundable.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
