• Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before October 28, 2027.

• Each traveler is responsible for their flight arrangements. Travel-Rite Tours Travel, LLC can will help coordinate and book your flights for an additional cost. 

• Flight prices are NOT included in the above prices.

• Airport Code is DPS.

• I have a few flight vendors that I recommend that will let you pay for the flights overtime.

• Pay Later Travel – You can put down a deposit, and payments can be made weekly or every other week depending on the plan that you select. https://www.paylatertravel.com

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is $200. Your deposit will be applied toward your total trip cost.

• Due to contractual obligations with our suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless your reservation is paid in full. Auto pay is highly encouraged to help keep your reservation current and avoid missed payments.

• Payment dates and amounts will be outlined on your invoice at the time of booking.

• All prices are based on the currency exchange rates in effect at the time of pricing. In the event of a U.S. dollar devaluation, Travel-Rite Tours and Travel reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any changes resulting from currency fluctuations.

• If you need a roommate, enter “Roommate Requested” on the reservation form. You can request a roommate match, but it is not guaranteed. In the event we are unable to get you a roommate you will be notified and given the option of a refund minus your deposit or choose to continue at the single occupancy rate.

• We will depart from Miami (MIA) on March 19, 2027, and arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali on March 21, 2027. Please note the hotel check-in date is March 21, 2027. We will check out of the hotel on March 27, 2027.

• A full itinerary will be emailed 30 days prior to departure, giving you time to plan and prepare for your free time and experiences in Bali.

• You DO NEED a passport for this trip. If you have a passport that is not from the US, or if you are not a US citizen, please let me know before paying the deposit, as things may be different for you. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity after our arrival date.

• Upon arrival, we must get a Bali tourist visa (which is called Visa on Arrival or V.O.A.) which is USD $35.00 and is valid for 30 days. 

• There is an approximate $10 USD entry fee collected directly at the airport.

• There is also a new tourism tax which is also approximately $10 USD.

• No mandatory vaccinations are required for U.S. travelers. However, it’s recommended to be up to date on routine vaccines such as Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, and Tetanus. 

TERMS & POLICIES:

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

• All your payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Reservations must be made in your full name (First, Middle, Last name) as it appears on your passport.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

• Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.

• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

• You are responsible for keeping Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication
