CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 813-380-8514 to ensure your information was received.
Travel Notes:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before July 6, 2026.

All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy” on the order form. In the notes type Roommate Match. Roommates will not be matched until after 50% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.

Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Dubai International Airport. The airport code is DXB. The group flight will depart from the US on December 28, 2026, and arrive in Dubai (DXB) on December 29, 2026. Check-in at the hotel is December 29, 2026. We will depart from Dubai to the US on January 4, 2027. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

The airline flight schedule for the full package will be released in early February 2026.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

This is a land-only package. Air can be added at an additional cost.

Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Travel Rite Tours and Travel, LLC. Failure to do so results in a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
