Automatic Billing Plan:

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
 
Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance for your cruise either with this package on Celebrity Reflection or on your own. 
 
Travel Notes:

• Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. For this trip your passports should not expire January 30, 2026.

• Original Birth Certificate along with valid Real ID can be used if you do not have a passport.

 
Terms & Policies:

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• All payments to Travel-Rite are non-refundable.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

 

Cancellation policy:
A full deposit of $100 per person is required within 5 days of booking.  The deposit amount shall not be refunded at any time after it has been paid. Change and cancellation fees will apply to bookings for which the deposit is non-refundable.
 
Non-Refundable Deposit 
Outside of final payment, when a non-refundable deposit cancellation occurs, you will have the option to select a different cruise, less a $100 per guest change fee and $150 cancellation fee. Name changes and cancellations before 120 days before sailing are subject to a $250 pp assessment.

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.
