Travel Notes

  • Adults-only luxury getaway

  • EPCOT admission includes entry to the International Food & Wine Festival.

  • Festival food and beverages are purchased using your included $100 Disney Gift Card and/or personal funds.

  • Complimentary Disney transportation is provided from the Waldorf Astoria.

  • Please plan to arrive in Orlando before 4:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026.

  • Final travel documents will be emailed approximately 30 days before departure.

  • Guests should download the My Disney Experience App before arrival.

  • Proper golf attire is required for participation at the practice range.

Terms & Policies

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  • All of your payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.

  • Late payment of $150 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

  • You are responsible to keep Travel-Rite Tours and Travel Agency informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
