Travel Notes:

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before April 23, 2028.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy” on the order form. In the notes type Roommate Match. Roommates will not be matched until after 50% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.
If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. The airport code is ATH. The group flight will depart from the US on October 15, 2027, and arrive in Athens (ATH) on October 16, 2027. Check-in at the hotel is October 16, 2027. We will depart from Athens, Greece to the US on October 22, 2027. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
The airline flight schedule for the full package will be released in January 2027.
Airport transfers will be provided at no additional cost.
At check-in, a major credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 45 days before travel, if not earlier.
A private WhatsApp group will be created about 30 - 45 days before the event.
Final payments are due by July 1, 2027

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
No refunds will be issued.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
This is a land-only package. Air can be added at an additional cost.
Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Travel Rite Tours and Travel, LLC. Failure to do so results in a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. Late payments are subject to cancellation and fees

A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance in order to reinstate your booking any time after cancellation.
