Automatic Billing Plan:

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. Insurance options will be available during the booking process. Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.

REFUNDS:

All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

CANCELLATION:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 813-380-8514 to ensure your information was received.

TRAVEL NOTES

Everyone must be 18+ or older. This is an adults-only cruise ship.
Valid Passport is required
The cruise terminal address is: Terminal V is located at 718 N Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL 33132.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at letstravelrite@gmail.com.
This is a land only trip meaning you are responsible for your flight to and from Miami and travel to and from the airport and port. You MUST plan for your flight to be in Miami or Fort Lauderdale before 1PM on February 11, 2027. The cruise terminal, Terminal V, is 8 miles from Miami Airport and about 30 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the port from the airport.
When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves Miami on February 11, 2027 and will return on February 15, 2027.
We strongly recommend arriving in Miami a day before the cruise sets sail to avoid potential winter weather delays and ensure peace of mind.
Please adhere to your scheduled boarding that will be sent to you around 30 days prior to the cruise.

It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travel-Rite Tours and travel Agency of all email address changes.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All of your payments to Travel-Rite Tours and travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport book or passport card is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport as soon as possible if you do not have a valid one.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
Late payment of $150 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Travel-Rite Tour and Travel Agency informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
