FLIGHTS:
Airport Destination: LIR - Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport.
Flights must be purchased and turned in before May 15, 2026. If you need assistance with booking a flight please do not hesitate to reach out to Sylvia. Once flight is booked, please send your flight information to Flight Itinerary with your reservation number as the subject line.
ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION CLAUSE:
This trip includes a variety of activities and walking-intensive excursions. Please note that if you choose not to partake in any specific activity or excursion, no refunds or credits will be provided for the missed activity.
Cancellation policy:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own.
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We are not responsible for any losses that could be covered by travel insurance.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITIES
Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC acts as an agent for travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and cruise lines. We do not own or operate these services and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. In the event of delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot be held liable for any resulting costs or inconveniences.
PASSPORTS, VISAS and HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health documentation before departure. We are not liable for any travel disruptions resulting from missing or incorrect travel documents.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will apply to future bookings.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

This is an adult-only experience. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend.

Men are welcome to attend this event at the same price.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full is received. Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed itinerary, booking receipt, and any relevant travel documentation.

Final payment for your trip is due March 15 2025 before the departure date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

Modifications by You: Requests to modify your booking must be made in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are subject to availability and any additional fees imposed by the travel providers.
