Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option.

If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfers to airport gateway (VCE).

A credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

Payment/Deposit: A deposit payment is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit indicates that you have read and are in agreement with our Terms and Conditions. All payments are due on or before the specified dates of the payment plan.

Smoking Policy: All hotel accommodations and/or sleeping rooms are non-smoking. ALL ROOMS RESERVED ARE NON-SMOKING: Therefore, you are asked to abide by all “No Smoking Rules”

Gratuities: Gratuities are optional, gratuities are not included in your package price, and are at the discretion of the individual.

Travel Insurance: Is offered for all trips taken with Travel-Rite Tours & Travel, LLC. Insurance must be purchased before your final payment. Insurance cannot be purchased after your final payment has been made.

Itinerary Variations: Travel-Rite Tours & Travel, LLC, makes every effort to operate all trips as advertised. But if situations arise, voluntarily or involuntarily that requires changes or exceptions in the airport of departure, the itinerary, ports of call, Travel-Rite Tours & Travel, LLC, reserves the right to make such modifications and substitutes conveyances/hotels as deemed necessary.

A minimum number of 16 passengers is required for this group travel. If the group travel numbers should fall below the minimum specified, Travel-Rite Tours & Travel, LLC, reserves the right to cancel the trip. If Travel-Rite Tours & Travel cancels the trip, it would be prior to your final payment and your deposit will be completely refunded.

All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

A valid passport is required.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 45 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change plus any vendor fees up until your final payment date on your invoice.

Late payment of $200 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
