The 29 floors of the Riu Plaza New York Times Square Hotel stand out because of their cutting edge and elegant design and their more than 600 rooms perfectly equipped with a mini refrigerator, desk, television with multimedia connections, central air conditioning and heating, among other amenities, which have been designed to offer you maximum comfort. Included among the hotel's facilities you will find the Fashion bar, "The Theater Buffet" and the Capital bar, with its Grab & Go concept characteristic of the city. In addition, at our hotel next to Times Square, the facility fee includes access to the cloakroom, a water bottle in each room, unlimited access to the gym and several other services.

Travel Protection:
Travel protection is encouraged for medical emergencies that may occur. The Cancel for Any Reason option must be paid within 14 days from the day the first deposit for the trip is paid. A cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure, conditions, limitations, and exclusions do apply.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation until April 1, 2025 at 6:00pm (Eastern Standard Time (US & Canada) Cancellations or changes made after 6:00pm (property local time) on June 18, 2025, or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
***Broadway tickets and Luxury dinner bus tickets are non-refundable.
Price Policy:
Trips are priced per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit payment of $250.00.
