AUTOMATIC BILLING PLANS:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance for your cruise either with this package on Royal Caribbean or on your own.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full deposit of $250 is required within 5 days of booking.  The deposit amount shall not be refunded at any time after it has been paid. Change and cancellation fees will apply to bookings for which the deposit is non-refundable.
 
NON_REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FARES
Outside of final payment, when a non-refundable deposit cancellation occurs, you will have the option to select a different cruise, less a $100 per guest change fee and $150 cancellation fee. Name changes and cancellations before 120 days before sailing are subject to a $250 pp assessment.

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.​
