Itinerary:

 

  • Day 1 - Travel Day to Breckenridge / Welcome Party Meet and Greet

  • Day 2 - Day of Your Selected Excursions/ Night on Your Own

  • Day 3 - Day on Your Own/ Farewell Dinner

  • Day 4 - Day of Departure

Important Information:

 

For this trip, guest have the option of having their monthly installment payments automatically deducted in equal installments from your credit/debit card from your bank via an option you can select on your invoice once your trip has been booked. 

Cancellation policy:

 

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 813-380-8514 to ensure your information was received.

Travel Notes

  • Passports are not required.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at letstravelrite@gmail.com

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel.

  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC of all email address changes.

  • Men are welcome to attend this event at the same price.

  • Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made.

  • The final payment due September 30, 2026.

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments to Travel-Rite are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Roommate Matching is available.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee.

  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date.
