TERMS & CONDITIONS

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.

All deposits are non-refundable (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $50.00).

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee of $50 may apply to correct documents.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Itinerary subject to change without notice. Tours may be substituted for similar tours due to weather etc.

If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. After two consecutive missed payments your room is subject to be dropped by the hotel. No refunds will be given on any payments.

Late payment of $50.00 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.

Any late payment requests must be approved by management BEFORE the payment due date on your account. If not approved in advance, you risk your secured spot.

If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a justifiable cause for cancellation. We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.

You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements.
Cancellation policy & Payment Schedule
All requests for changes and cancellations are subject to a service fee AND must be sent to The Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC in writing via e-mail. All bookings include a non-refundable administration fee, which will be processed separately from the vendor. All cancellations or changes must be received in writing letstravelrite@gmail.com

Late or missed payments may result in your booking being canceled. There is a $100 reinstatement fee if your reservation is canceled, based on room availability at that time. The best thing to do is contact us as early as possible so that we can assist you with an alternate payment option or other suggestions.

Final payments are due by 5 PM EST on May 1, 2027.

You may make payments monthly or at your leisure. However, at least ONE payment must be made every 90 days.
Travel documents that include air are sent via e-mail approximately 30 days before travel. Upon final payment, travel documents will be sent via email within 14 days for bookings without air.

There is a minimum mandatory Tourism Levy Fee of $6 USD per person per night for all guests. The Tourism Levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the resort.
