Meet & greet at the onboard Welcome Reception, spend the next day exploring beautiful Nassau, Bahamas and or have lunch with some of our native Bahamian Sorors. Arrive back on the ship and get ready because the celebration continues with our Founders Day Blue & White Soiree, then the next day we will have an exclusive Blue and White Pool Party. You will also visit the most talked about private island for a Perfect Day at Coco Cay! Join us for all of the activities, events, and parties as we spread our Dove love throughout the Caribbean.

Automatic Billing Plan:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Cancellation policy:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to letstravelrite@gmail.com and include your Invoice number from your invoice for the travel event/vacation package that you wish to cancel, along with the full name of the guest, and start date of scheduled travel event/vacation package. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours of emailing your cancellation request, please call 954-800-0323 to ensure your information was received.

What document's do I need to cruise?
For U.S. Sailings only, U.S. Citizens may cruise using an official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card. However, we highly recommend that all U.S. Citizen’s cruise with their U.S. Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after your cruise. Please note that hospital Birth Certificates
(baby feet Birth Certificates) are not accepted.
Vaccination Status:
We recommend that guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, if eligible.
While vaccination is not required, we kindly ask you disclose your status during check-in to ensure we maintain a highly vaccinated onboard population.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option.

We strongly suggest that you arrive to the cruise port and ship no later than 2PM.

Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC of all email address changes.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice

Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

You are responsible to keep Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
